99-8225G KIT ASSEMBLY

DIN HEAD UNIT PROVISION WITH POCKET

*Note: Refer also to the instructions included with the aftermarket radio.

1Secure the Radio Housing into the factory a/c vent panel using the factory hardware. (Figure A)

2Locate the factory wiring harness in the dash. Metra recommends using the proper mating adapter from Metra or AXXESS. Re-connect the negative battery terminal and test the unit for proper operation.

3Slide the DIN cage into the Radio Housing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs down. (Figure B)

4Slide the aftermarket head unit into the cage and secure. (Figure C)

5Snap the factory vent panel/Radio Housing over dash cavity. (Figure D)

6Reassemble remaining radio and dash assemblies in reverse order of disassembly.
