ACLOCK CALL button— Used to display the current time.

BTIMER button— Used to set the timers.

C Up [] & Down [ ] buttons— Used to set the tim- ers.

DCLEAR button— Used with memory playback.

EENTER button— Used to set the timers.

FMODE button— Used to set Random Play or Mem- ory Play.

GREPEAT button— Used with repeat playback.

HINPUT [] [ ] selector buttons— Used to select sound sources.

IMUTING button— Used to mute the CR-505DAB.

JPrevious [ ] & Next [] buttons (PRESET buttons)— Used to select the previous or next track when playing CDs, or to select presets when using the radio.

KDIRECT button— Used to select “Tone Direct On” or “Tone Direct Off.”

Controlling an Onkyo Cassette Tape Deck

An Onkyo Cassette Tape Deck connected via (page 15) can be controlled as follows:

1.Use the INPUT []/[ ] selector buttons to select the TAPE source.

2.Use the following buttons.

1STANDBY/ON button— Sets the CR-505DAB to On or Standby.

2Number buttons— Used to select CD tracks.

3DISPLAY button— Used to display information.

4SLEEP button— Used with the Sleep function.

5 VOLUME UP [] & DOWN [ ] buttons— Used to set the volume.

6Fast Reverse [] & Fast Forward [ ] buttons (TUNING buttons)— Used for fast reverse and fast forward when playing CDs, or for tuning when using the radio.

7AM button— Used to select AM tuner.

8FM button— Used to select FM tuner.

9DAB button— Used to select DAB tuner.

0CD control buttons— Used to control CD playback.
