Registering the Camera with the Software

Specifying the Camera Title

For a registered camera, set the camera title while monitoring its live video.

1Select the camera for which you want to specify the title by clicking the corresponding row.

The color of the clicked camera row changes.

2Click [View Camera].

The still image from the camera you selected is displayed in the popup window.

To update the displayed image, click [Reload].

3Click [Close].

This closes the window.

4Enter the camera title.

It is recommended to set the title according to the camera location and so on for easier management on the display.

The title can be up to 16 alphanumeric characters.

5Click [SET].

This completes the setting procedure and the camera title is transferred to the camera.

The camera title you specified appears in the main screen or other setting screens.

MEMO:

When the camera has not been registered or is not registered appropriately, a communication error occurs and the image is not displayed.
