Limitation of Implied Warranties

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS WARRANTY.

JBL’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT OUR OPTION, OF ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND SHALL NOT INCLUDE INCIDENTAL OR CON- SEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITA- TIONS ON HOW LONG AN
