1-1.General Transceiver Features

Any combination of 32 (MAX) trunked and conven- tional systems programmable.

Up to 250 (MAX) groups are programmable in each

system.

1-3.Conventional System Features

The following features are available with systems programmed for conventional transceiver operation.

POWER key

Transceiver POWER key. When the power is switched off, all the parameters, such as the system and group, are stored in memory. When the power is switched on again, the system returns to the previous conditions.

-SYSTEM LIPIDOWN key

When the SYSTEM UPIDOWN key is pressed, the

system number t o be selected is incremented or decremented by one. When the key is held down, the

system number changes continuously. After the system number reaches the highest system number, it goes back t o the lowest system number. System

numbers not set are skipped.

GROUP UPIDOWN key

This key is operated in the same way as the SYS- TEM UPIDOWN key. When the system number is changed, the GROUP indicator shows the original group number (the last selected group number in each system). The group t o be set may differ by system.
