!OFF – No video component connected

!EXT-VIDEO – External video unit (such as Pioneer products available in the future)

!AUX – Auxiliary device

#To watch video of AUX source, set auxiliary 2 setting on. For details, refer to Switching the aux- iliary setting on page 45.

Selecting the illumination color

This unit is equipped with two illumination col- ors, blue and red. You can select the desired il- lumination color.

1Use MULTI-CONTROL to select ILLUMI in the initial setting menu.

Refer to Adjusting initial settings on page 45.

2Press MULTI-CONTROL to display the

setting mode.

3Turn MULTI-CONTROL to select the de- sired setting.

BLUE (blue)—RED (red)

Switching the ever scroll

When Ever Scroll is set to ON, recorded text in- formation scrolls continuously in the display. Set to OFF if you prefer the information to scroll just once.

1Use MULTI-CONTROL to select SCROLL in the initial setting menu.

EVER (ever)—OFF (off)

Multi language display setting

Text information such as title name, artist name or comment can be recorded on a com- pressed audio disc.

This unit can display them even if they are em- bedded in a European language or Russian.

!If the embedded language and the selected language setting are not the same, text in- formation may not be displayed properly.

!Some characters may not be displayed properly.
