Initial Settings

Adjusting initial settings

Initial settings lets you perform initial set up of different settings for this unit.

1FUNCTION display

Shows the function status.

1Press SOURCE and hold until the unit turns off.

• Pressing SOURCE on the head unit also per- forms the same operation.

2Press F and hold until time appears in the display.

• Pressing and holding FUNCTION on the head unit also performs the same operation.

3Press F to select one of the initial settings. Press F repeatedly to switch between the follow- ing settings:

CLOCK—FM—AM—WARN—AUX—DIM—BRIGHT—SW—(D.ATT)—TEL—DVD

Use the following instructions to operate each particular setting.

•To cancel initial settings, press BAND/ESC.

•You can also cancel initial settings by holding down F until the unit turns off.

•Pressing FUNCTION on the head unit also performs the same operation.

•D.ATT can only be operated when you have connected the Multi-channel processor (DEQ- P7050) to this unit. For details, refer to the Muliti-channel processor (DEQ-P7050) owner’s manual.

Setting the time

This is used to set the time on the unit’s clock	English

1 Press F to select the CLOCK.
Press F until the time appears in the display.
