Making settings in the "TUNER" menu

TRAFFICINFO (traffic information) (only for reception area EUROPE)

Only possible in FM radio mode: Switching prior- ity for traffic announcements on or off. Settings: ON, OFF.

￿Turn the rotary control 7 until the desired memory bank is set.

￿Press the rotary control 7 to change the setting.

￿Turn the rotary control 7to toggle between the settings ON (activate memory bank) and OFF (deactivate memory bank).

￿Press the rotary control 7 to confirm the setting.

Deactivated memory banks are skipped during the source selection with the SRC button @.

Notes:

In the factory default, all AM memory banks are deactivated.

If a memory bank is deactivated, the sta- tions stored in this memory bank are re- tained.

REGIONAL

Note:

If the reception area "USA", "SOUTH AMERICA" or "THAILAND" is selected, RDS is automati- cally switched off. The station name continues to be shown on the display.
