Is something wrong?

No lights come on at all:

1.Disconnect the cable from the Music Keg. Wait 20 seconds and reconnect.

2.Your cartridge may be corrupted. Please see Appendix D: Contacting Kenwood to get assistance.

The red light turns on, but the green light does not:

1.Disconnect the cable from the Music Keg, wait about 1 minute, then reinsert it, or

2.Your cartridge may be corrupted. Please see Appendix D: Contacting Kenwood to get assistance.
