One way to make navigation easier in the car is to reserve Discs 10 and higher for dynamic playlists of individual artists. The following is a shortcut for making them:

1.Select the ‘All Songs’ playlist in the device view.

2.Expand the selection by pressing the plus sign.

3.Choose ‘All Artists’.

4.In the top right window, select an artist and drag it to the desired location on the DMS cartridge. You can create a new disc for it just by dragging the artist to a blank space. Note these playlists are Dynamic as well.
