Nokia 6162 owner manual Touch tone length, 7RXFK Wrqh Ohqjwk, Unlocked phone number

Page 73

When you dial this number, your phone first dials the phone number, then waits (because of the “w” charac- ter) for you to press 6HQG. Your phone then sends your password.

If you include a “p” character instead of a “w”, your phone pauses for 2.5 seconds, then automatically sends your password as touch tones.

Touch tone length

This feature determines the length of each touch tone when they are sent automatically.

6KRUW sets the tone length to .1 second. /RQJ sets the tone length to .5 second.

You can set the touch tone length by pressing 0HQX 4 2 3 2 (6HWWLQJV - 3KRQH VHWWLQJV - 7RXFK WRQHV -

7RXFK WRQH OHQJWK).
