EMERGENCY indicates that the message received was marked “emergency” by the sender.

LOCKED indicates that you have locked the message. It will not be overwritten even if there is no more space in memory and there is an attempt to deliver a new message to your phone.

The Option soft key

Read next shows the next message.

Erase deletes the current message from memory.

Lock/Unlock allows you to lock and unlock messages. When a new message arrives and the message memory is full, the new message automatically overrides old messages unless they are locked.

Call back displays the first number from the current message and calls that number. You can also just press

Uwhile the message is displayed to call back a number in the message.

Setting your phone to “Pager Mode”

With “Pager Mode” set to On, you can receive Voice Mail Notification and Text Messages. You do not receive any incoming calls. When you set “Pager Mode” to On, the message PAGER ONLY is displayed. The default setting is Off. “Pager Mode” is a network service. Please check for the availability from your network operator.
