Phone Lock

Allows you to set the phone protection to prevent the

unauthorized use of your phone.

When On, you will be asked to select Verify when Power-Onor Verify with New SIM. Then you will be

asked to enter the phone lock password.

The default phone lock password is 0000.

Keypad Lock

Allows you to set your keypad Off, or to select an

immediate or delayed lock. When selecting one of the delayed options (5 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec or 60 sec), and

if you temporarily unlock your keypad by pressing # key, it will be automatically locked again according to the delay you selected.

In all cases, the keypad is automatically unlocked when you receive a call.

Change Code

Allows you to change the phone lock password. You need to enter old phone code followed by the new phone code. Then you need to confirm the new phone code by entering the password once more. Press LOK to confirm.

Display

Idle Display

You may set the screen display of the phone when it is in idle mode. Select Idle Display and press L OK to

access the followings:

Time and Date Select to On or Off the clock and date display in idle screen.

Text

Select to On or Off the text in idle

 

screen. You need to type the text if

 

you choose to activate it. When On,

 

the date will not be displayed in idle

 

mode.

Contrast

This menu allows you to set the contrast level of the display screen. Select Contrast and press < / > to adjust

the contrast level by level.

Backlight

This menu allows you to select the backlight duration among Always Off, 5 Seconds On, 15 Seconds On, 30 Seconds On, and 45 Seconds On.
