Scope
This document provides basic information, procedures, and processes for repairing the phones at Level 1 and 2 service centers including:
•Unit swap out
•Repairing of mechanical faults
•Basic modular troubleshooting
•Testing and verification of unit functionality
•Initiate warranty claims and send faulty modules to Level 3 or 4 repair centers.
