Voice mail

Voice mail operates like an answer- ing machine. Contact your service provider for details.

Storing a voice mail centre number If your SIM does not automatical- ly include the voice mail centre number, you must manually set it:

1Press . Select Settings.

2Select Voice Mail.

3Select Number. When prompted enter the number manually or from a stored memory.

4Press OK to validate your entry.

Calling the voice mail centre to check for messages

There are two ways:

To dial the voice mail centre directly after the receipt of a

message:

Press and hold down .

• Or from the menu:

1Press . Select Settings.

2Select Voice Mail.

3Select Call.

Dialling proceeds as for a normal call.

If a voice mail number is not stored when you select Call, the phone asks you to enter the voice mail number. Proceed as described in Storing a voice mail centre number, page 38.
