15.Thetreadmillis capableof highspeeds. Adjustthe speedin smallincrementsto avoid suddenjumpsin speed.
16.To reducethe possibilityof thetreadmillover- heating,do notoperatethetreadmillcontinu- ouslyfor longerthan 1hour.
17.Neverleavethetreadmillunattendedwhileit
