Note: The displays can be reset by pressing the ON/RESET button.
After you have moved the speed control to the RESET position, slide it slowly upward until the walking belt begins to move at slow speed.
Carefully step onto the walking belt and begin ex- ercising. Change the speed of the walking belt as desired by sliding the speed control.
To stop the walking belt, step onto the foot rails and slide the speed control to the RESET position.
B Change the incline of the treadmill, if desired.
To change the incline of the treadmill, hold
down the top or bottom of the incline control.
Important: Change the incline of the
treadmill only with the incline control.
Do not place objects
under the treadmill to change the incline.

r_when you are finished exercising, stop the walking belt and remove the key.
Step onto the foot rails, stop the walking belt, and remove the key from the console. Store the key in a se- cure place. After the key is removed, the
displays will remain on for about five minutes,

and no console buttons are pressed for five minutes, the displays will automatically turn off.
