WORKOUT: MY WORKOUT 1 & 2 (P10 & P11)

Lets you create and reuse a perfect workout for you with specific speed, incline and time combination. The ultimate in personal programming. Time-based goal.

1)Once the MY WORKOUT 1 or 2 program has been chosen, press enter.

2)Choose the desired time using the WORKOUT SETTING keys and press enter.

) Choose the desired speed for each segment, using the WORKOUT SETTING keys and press enter. Note: There are 15 segments and you will need to press enter after each segment.

) Choose the desired incline for each segment, using the WORKOUT SETTING keys and press enter. Note: There are 15 segments and you will need to press enter after each segment.

) Press Start to begin your workout. At this time, your workout has been successfully saved into memory, and can be used for future workouts.

To reset your workout information and delete it from memory, select MY WORKOUT 1 or 2 program, press enter, then press and hold the enter key for 5 seconds.

While using your saved program, you are able to adjust the speed or incline, but any changes will not be saved.
