FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE

The advanced console offers a selection of features designed to make your workouts more enjoyable and effective. When the console is in the manual mode, the speed and incline of the treadmill can be changed with a touch of a button. As you exercise, the LED displays will provide continuous exercise feedback. And the built-in hand pulse sensor allows you to check your heart rate during your workouts.

The console also offers four preset workout programs. One program automatically controls the incline of the treadmill and the other three programs control the speed of the treadmill as they guide you through effec- tive workouts. You can even create your own workout programs and store them in memory for future use.

In addition, the console features exclusive Personal Trainer programs. Simply mail the included personal profile to E-Coach¨. A personal trainer will send you instructions for selecting a Personal Trainer program designed to help you reach your specific fitness goals.

An optional chest pulse sensor adds even more features to the console. The chest pulse sensor continuously monitors your heart rate during your workouts, and adds two workout programs to the consoleÑone program for intensive fat-burning, and one for maximum cardiovascular benefits.

To purchase the optional chest pulse sensor, refer to the card accompanying the treadmill.
