13.Assemblethe two (2) ROLLERPADSto the LEG CURLEXTEN:SION,usingone ([) 15 IN.ROLLER PAD SHAFT, two (2)BLACKPLASTICWASHERS, and two (2)PUSH-ONCOLLARS. NOTE: Sl/RE TO INSERT ROLLER PAD SHAFT THROUGH LARGE HOLE ON THE AD,[USTABLE ROLLER PAD SLEEVE. (SEE DETAIL N)

16.Assemble one (1) 1/4 3/ 4 BOLT through th e to p ho le on the ADJUSTABLE PRESTP~ETCI-I SLIDE and tighten with one (1) I/4 NUT.

17. .Insert one (1) 1-3/4 inch SQ. ENDCAPinto the top end ofthe ADJUSTAB.LEPRESTRETCH
