B. Securely ass_e,,rnble 'the pec dec c.a.b,,le ~104) a.nd one 5-1/2 pu},ley (11) to the pulley bracket (25)

one3/e x z bolt (tOO),two3/8 washe~(78), andone3/8 ny~ockn,,t (83). (No~'e:Loop

cable around ~he pulley prior 9o inserting it into the 'U' bracket.)
