ASSEMBLY FOR FILLING WASHER

Step 1:

If the arms appear to have too much side to side movement, check and see if there is any gap in between the handlebar tube and the upright post arm joint by inserting one or more filling washers in the handlebar tube connection.

Step 2:

If there is a gap for the filling washer to fit, the handlebar(s) should be uninstalled to fit the filling washer in the handlebar joint. Note that the filling washer can be inserted on the right handlebar, left handlebar or both (2 filling washers have been included).

Step 3:

Re-install the handlebar assembly to the upright post.
