SET UP INSTRUCTIONS
Place the SpaceMate E100 in the area where it will be used. It is recommended that the SpaceMate E100 be placed on an equipment mat. The SpaceMateE100 is approximately 31 5/8" long x 15 3/8" wide x 49 3/8" tall. (These dimensions may vary up to one inch.) An area 4 feet wide x 5.5 feet long is required for
safe operation of the SpaceMate | E100. Make sure that adequate space is available for access to and |
passage around the SpaceMate | E100. |
LEVELING: 1. Adjust the LEVELING CAPS(44) on the REAR STABILIZER(3) so that the SpaceMate E100 sets on the floor without rocking.
2.Adjust the STAND(46) on the FRONT STABILIZER(2) so that the stand touches the equipment mat or floor. Refer to the inset drawing.
MOVING: Grasp the HANDRAIL(71) and REAR STABILIZER(3) to move the SpaceMate E100, two people are required for moving. Do not use the Pedal Arms to move the SpaceMate E100. The Pedal Arms will move and may pinch your hand or fingers.

Visually inspect the SpaceMate | E100 to verify that assembly is as shown in the above illustration. Check |
the function of the SpaceMate | E100. Stand on the foot pedals and place your hands at a comfortable |
position on the handrail. Slowly move your highest foot forward and follow the natural path of the machine. Turn the crank slowly through one complete revolution to verify that the drive train functions properly. Adjust the TENSION KNOB(21) and verify that it functions properly.
CAUTION: Locate and read the WARNING LABEL(74) on the SpaceMate E100. Make sure that all users read the WARNING LABEL(74).
