ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Read each step carefully before beginning. BACK

FRONT

STEP 1

Attach the FRONT STABILIZER(2) onto the MAIN FRAME(1) with ARC WASHERS(M8)(66), LOCK WASHERS(M8)(67), and BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M8x1.25x60mm)(50).

STEP 2

Attach the REAR STABILIZER(3) onto the MAIN FRAME(1) with ARC WASHERS(M8)(66), LOCK WASHERS(M8)(67), and BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M8x1.25x60mm)(50).

NOTE: You can adjust the LEVELING CAPS(44) on the REAR STABILIZER(3) to keep the SpaceMate

E100 stable.

STEP 3

NOTE: Do not tighten all the screws during assembly until all of them are set in position.

Attach the RIGHT NOSE COVER(42) to the RIGHT COVER(27) with ROUND HEAD SCREW(M4x15mm) (54). Attach the RIGHT NOSE COVER(42) to the FRONT STABILIZER(2) with ROUND HEAD SCREW (M4x12mm)(53). Do the same to assemble the LEFT NOSE COVER(41). Bolt the LEFT NOSE COVER(41) and RIGHT NOSE COVER(42) together with SCREW(M4x25mm)(55). Tighten all screws.
