Note: There is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console and should be removed.

A)Workout PROFILE DISPLAY: Displays workout profiles and scrolling messages.

B)Additional display windows: Date, Time, Calories/Pulse, Incline, Clock, Distance, Pace, Speed.

C)eTRAKSelection: Indicates currently selected eTRAKmode.

D)USER KEYS: Press to select user.

E)WORKOUT Quick keys: Press to select workout. Press ENTER to confirm selection.

F)+/- WORKOUT SETTING keys / ipod volume keys: Used to adjust program settings and iPod volume.

G)ENTER key: Press to confirm Time, Incline and Speed.

H)PRESS TO BEGIN: Press to begin workout.

I)Start: Simply press to begin exercising or starts your workout.

J)Stop: Press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the treadmill.

K)Quick adjust Incline Keys: Used to reach desired incline more quickly.

L)Incline arrow keys: Press to adjust incline (+/- 0.5% increments).

M)Quick Adjust Speed Keys: Used to reach desired speed more quickly.

N)SPEED arrow keys: Press to adjust speed (+/- 0.1 MPH increments).

O)eTRAKbutton: Used to scroll through eTRAKdisplay modes.

P)Safety Key Position: Enables treadmill when safety key is inserted.

Q)iPOD® Docking station / MP3 PLAYER POCKET: Used to dock your iPOD® or store your MP3 player.

R)SPEAKERS: Music plays through speakers when your CD / MP3 player is connected to the console.

S)AUDIO IN: Plug your CD / MP3 player into the console using the included audio adaptor cable.

T)AUDIO OUT / HEADPHONE JACK: Plug your headphones into this jack to listen to your music through the headphones.

NOTE: When headphones are plugged into the headphone jack the sound will no longer come out through the speakers.

MONITOR DISPLAY

Speed • Shown as MPH. Indicates the speed of the treadmill belt.

Time • Shown as Minutes:Seconds. Indicates the time remaining or the time elapsed in your workout.

Pulse • Shown as Beats Per Minute. Indicates your heart rate (displayed when contact is made with both pulse grips).

Distance • Shown as Miles. Indicates distance traveled during your workout. Incline • Shown as Percent. Indicates the incline of the treadmill deck surface. Calories • Indicates total Calories burned during your workout.

WORKOUT profiles • Represents the profile of the workout being used (speed during speed based workouts and incline during incline based workouts).

PACE • Indicates how many minutes it takes to complete a mile while running or walking at your current speed. For example: If at your current speed it will take you 10 minutes to complete a mile, the treadmill will display ‘10.0’ as your pace.
