ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Tools Required for Assembling the Machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches, two Allen
Wrenches, and one Philips Screwdriver. NOTE: It is strongly recommended that this machine to be assembled by two or more people to avoid possible injury.
STEP 1 (See Diagram 1)
A.) Insert the two Guide Rods (#7) into the holes on the Rear Base Frame (#2). Secure it with two M10 x 1” Allen Bolts (#71) and Ø ¾” Washers (#80) from the bottom. Slide two Ø 2 ½” Rubber Bumpers (#53) onto the Guide Rods from top to bottom.
B.) Attach the Vertical Frame (#4) onto the Main Base Frame (#1). Secure it with two M10 x 2 ½” Carriage Bolts (#65), one 4 ¾” x 2” Bracket (#23), two Ø ¾” Washers (#80), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#82).
C.) NOTE: Do not tighten all the Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so.
D.) Attach the Main Base Frame to the Rear Base Frame. Attach the Vertical Support Frame (#3) onto the Rear Base Frame. Align the holes. Secure them together with two M10 x 2 ¾” Carriage Bolts (#66), two Ø ¾” Washers (#80), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#82).
E.) Attach the top of Vertical Support Frame to the Vertical Frame. Secure it with two M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#70) and two Ø ¾” Washers (#80).
F.) Attach the two Foot Plates (#22) to the front of Main Base Frame from each side. Align the holes. Secure the two Foot Plates to the Main Base Frame with two M10 x 2 ½” Carriage Bolts (#65), two Ø ¾” Washers (#80), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#82).
