Assembly Instruction

Tools Required for Assembling the Machine: One Adjustable Wrench and Allen Wrench.

NOTE: It is strongly recommended that two or more people assemble this machine to avoid possible injury.

STEP 1 (See Diagram 1)

A.) Do not tighten all Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so.

B.) Attach the Stabilizer (#3) to Left & Right Upright Beam (#1) & (#2). Secure each end of the Stabilizer with two M10 x 3 ¾” Allen Bolt (#7), one 3 1/8” x 1 ¾” Bracket (#5), four Ø ¾” Washers (#9), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#10).

C.) Attach one end of a Dumbbell Rack (#4) to the upper bracket on Left Upright Beam. Align the holes. Secure it with two M10 x ¾” Allen Bolts (#8), four Ø ¾” Washers (#9), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#10). Repeat the same procedure to install the other end to the upper bracket on Right Upright Beam.

D.) Attach one end of another Dumbbell Rack (#4) to the lower bracket on Left Upright Beam. Align the holes. Secure it with two M10 x ¾” Allen Bolts (#8), four Ø ¾” Washers (#9), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#10). Repeat the same procedure to install the other end to the lower bracket on Right Upright Beam.

E.) Securely tighten all Nuts and Bolts installed.
