| Dryer MUST be exhausted outside (outdoors, not | |

| that will not support combustion. Metal ducting | |
| must be 4″ (10.16 cm) in diameter with no | |
| obstructions. Rigid metal duct is preferred. | |
| If dryer is exhausted through the floor, the | |

exhaust system MUST NOT terminate beneath the | ||
| ||
| mobile home. Termination MUST be securely | |
| fastened to the mobile home structure. | |
| When installing a dryer into a mobile home, | |

a provision must be made for outside | ||

| air. Provide an opening with a free area of at | |
| least 25 square inches for introduction of outside | |
| air into the dryer room. | |
| Gas dryers MUST be fastened to the floor | |
