Operating Instructions

Malfunction

Washing has not been spun sufficiently, there is water left in the drum.

Error code (2 appears.

Door cannot be opened when the machine is switched off.

Remnants of detergent are building up in the detergent dispenser drawer.

Possible Cause

Drain hose is kinked.

Drain hose to high.

Drain pump is blocked.

The water drainage system is blocked.

The door is locked due to safety reasons (DOOR indicator is off).

Water tap is not fully open.

The inlet hose filter in the coupling of the inlet hose at the tap is blocked.

The inlet valve filter in the coupling of the inlet hose at the appliance is blocked..

Remedy

Remove kink.

Check installation instructions.

Switch off the machine and pull the plug out of the socket.

Carry out emergency empty- ing (see “Carrying out an Emergency Emptying“). Clean the drain pump.

Clean the blockage.

Wait until the DOOR indicator is green.

Open the water tap fully.

Clean filter.

Clean filter.

Rinse water is cloudy.

When pressing a pro- gram option button the corresponding display does not light up

The cause is probably a detergent with a high silicate content.

The program option selected is not available with the pro- gram set.

No negative impact on the rinsing results, possibly use liquid detergent.

Make another selection.
