1Press PAUSE at the point where you want to start slow-motion playback.

The system pauses playback.

2Press ¡ or 1.

To play back in forward slow-motion playback, press ¡.

To play back in reverse slow-motion playback, press 1.

Each time you press the button, the playback speed changes as follows.

Forward:

1/32 ] 1/16 ] 1/8 ] 1/4 ] 1/2

Reverse:

1/32 ] 1/16 ] 1/8 ] 1/4 ] 1/2

To pause slow-motion playback

Press PAUSE.

To return to normal playback

Press PLAY.

NOTES:

You cannot listen to the sound during slow-motion playback.

Reverse slow-motion playback is not possible for VCDs and SVCDs.

Each time you press ZOOM + or ZOOM –, the magnification ratio changes as follows.
