PROBLEM: QuickProdoes not heat up.

Possible Cause:

1)Power cord not firmly plugged into outlet.

2)No power in wall outlet.

Possible Solution:

1)Check plug in outlet and set plug firmly.

2)Check fuse or breaker. Replace fuse and/or reset breaker.

PROBLEM: Water leaks or spits.

Possible Cause:

1)Water Reservoir is not properly in place .

2)The appliance is not hot enough.

Possible Solution:

1)Be sure that the Water Reservoir has snapped into place.

2)Allow the appliance to heat for approximately 30 seconds (while on the Metal Resting Tray) before using.
