Operating Instructions:
Before using your Steam Station™:
1)Be sure to read ALL instructions and warnings before using your HAAN® Steam Station™ Garment Steamer and Home Sanitizer.
2)Your garment steamer is designed to steam fabrics throughout your home. Before steaming an entire garment, be sure to test steam a small portion of the fabric in an interior portion of the garment near a hem or seam.
NOTE: After each use, completely empty any remaining water from the internal tank. Cool the Garment Steamer for at least 30 minutes after use. Water can be drained from the tank by opening the Excess Water Removal Valve and emptying the excess water into the sink.
3)Remove all parts from package and assemble the unit as described on page 6.
Using the STEAM STATION™ with the Garment Valet:
4)Place the Steam Station in the Deluxe Garment Valet on a firm surface. Adjust the Stabilizer Wings of the base to provide balance. DO NOT plug in the unit yet.
5)Fill the included cup with water and use this to add water to the tank. (Optimum fill capacity of unit is 2 cups/500cc.) There is a RED fill indicator within water tank fill recess. This indicator will rise as you fill the tank with water. When the RED indicator nub is level with the interior ring within the fill recess, the tank is full. Be careful not to overflow the container. (Fig 1)
6)Plug the power cord into your electric receptacle.
