1 Insert the widest end of the telescoping pole into the base of the unit, aligning threads in the
base ring and turn the base ring until tightened
and flush with the base.

2 Insert the hanger assembly to the top of the pole and press down until it is stable. The crossbar on the hanger locks into place at the center. Screw the lock tight against the center pole. Unscrew and lower sides for storage.
