Avant la première utilisation

Les orifices de vapeur doivent être nettoyés avant le premier emploi.

Pendant le premier emploi du fer, celui-ci peut paraître fumer. Ceci s’arrêtera et n’indique pas un vice ni un danger.

Pour nettoyer les orifices de vapeur avant le premier emploi, préparer le fer au repassage à la vapeur. Appuyer plusieurs fois sur le bouton de vapori- sation (Blast) pour nettoyer les ori- fices. Puis suivre les instructions d’auto-nettoyage.

Lors des premières utilisations avec de l’eau du robinet, un fer à repasser projette fréquemment de l’eau. Ceci se produit alors que la chambre de vapeur n’est pas encore parfaitement conditionnée. Ce phénomène cesse après quelques utilisations.
