CYCLE GUIDE

Settings and options shown in bold are default settings for that cycle.

For best fabric care, choose the cycle that best fits the load being washed.

If using the Eco Monitor, adjust the temperature and spin speed within that cycle to improve energy usage. Not all cycles and options are available on all models.

	Casual	Cool	Low	Medium	Fabric Softener	cooldown, and medium spin speeds
		Cold		Light		for better wrinkle performance.
Cottons, linens,	Normal	Hot	High	Heavy	Extra Rinse	Use this cycle to clean normally soiled
and mixed garment		Warm	Medium	Normal**	EcoBoost™	cottons and mixed fabric loads. Default

		Cool	Low	Medium	Fabric Softener	combines high-speed wash action,
		Cold		Light		longer wash time, and extra high-
						speed spin to shorten drying times.
						Adjust temperature settings as needed.
Soiled white fabrics	Whites	Hot	High	Heavy	Extra Rinse	This cycle adds liquid chlorine bleach
		Warm	Medium	Normal	EcoBoost™	to the load at the proper time for
		Cool	Low	Medium	Fabric Softener	improved whitening of soiled white
		Cold		Light		fabrics.

*Wash temperatures vary according to the chosen cycle setting. All cycle settings use a cold rinse temperature.

**Not all models default to the same Soil Level setting. Some models will default to Medium on this cycle.
