Lubricants

Series 3000 OtN gearing is shipped with one of the following synthetic lubricants per the table below and fitted with a magnetic drain. Each reducer is filled according to the mounting position specified when ordered. Refer to unit nameplate and the chart and table on page 4 and 5 for mounting position arrangement for your unit.

In the case of synthetic oil, the lubricant does not require changing but it is recommended that proper oil level be checked periodically.
