Split: This determines if the physical keyboard is split into two separate zones (On) or not (Off). You can set each zone to send its notes over different MIDI channels (or the same one) or set certain controls (e.g., Pitch-Bend Wheel, Modulation Wheel, Footswitch, etc.) to affect one zone, both zones, or neither.

If this is set to On, the following additional parameters will be available. (A refers to the zone on the left side of the Split Note. B refers to the zone on the right side of the Split Note.)

Split Note: This setting determines the key where the Split Note is located. The available range is 000 (the lowest key on the keyboard) to 060 (the highest key on the keyboard.

B Channel: This setting determines over which MIDI channel data from the B zone is sent. The available settings are Common, USB A1A16, and USB B1B16.

Pitch Bend Wheel: This setting determines which zones are affected by the Pitch- Bend Wheel. The available settings are Off, A, B, and A+B.

Modulation Wheel (ModWheel): This setting determines which zones are affected by the Modulation Wheel. The available settings are Off, A, B, and A+B.

Footswitch 1: This setting determines which zones are affected by a pedal connected to the Footswitch 1 input. The available settings are Off, A, B, and A+B.

Footswitch 2: This setting determines which zones are affected by a pedal connected to the Footswitch 2 input. The available settings are Off, A, B, and A+B.

Expression Pedal: This setting determines which zones are affected by a pedal connected to the Expression Pedal input. The available settings are Off, A, B, and A+B.

Arpeggiator: This setting determines which zones are affected by the Arpeggiator. The available settings are Off, A, B, and A+B.

Aftertouch: This setting determines which zones can send Aftertouch messages. The available settings are Off, A, B, and A+B.
