14 PHONES jack

Use to connect headphones. When the headphones are connected, there is no sound output from the speakers.

Connect a USB audio device for playback (see Using the USB interface on page 32).

18 MCACC SETUP MIC jack

Use to connect the supplied microphone.

19 SYSTEM SETUP

Press to access the System Setup menu (see page 37).

20 RETURN

Press to confirm and exit the current menu screen.

21 TONE

Press this button to access the bass and treble controls, which you can then adjust with the MULTI JOG dial (page 31).

22 TUNING/STATION

Use to find radio frequencies and to select preset stations (page 34).

23 TUNER EDIT

Use with the MULTI JOG dial to memorize and name stations for recall (page 34).

24 SPEAKERS

Use to change the speaker system (page 52).

Operating range of remote control unit

The remote control may not work properly if:

There are obstacles between the remote control and the receiver’s remote sensor.

Direct sunlight or fluorescent light is shining onto the remote sensor.

The receiver is located near a device that is emitting infrared rays.

The receiver is operated simultaneously with another infrared remote control unit.
