Improvements to REC SAMPLE Mode

When recording samples, it is now possible to set the Root Note. This parameter determines at what key the sample will play at it's true pitch when loaded into a Keygroup.

To set the Root Note, you can scroll in this field with the [DATA] wheel, or by pressing a MIDI Note.
