Grill Assembly — 8100 Series

IMPORTANT: Remove all protective plastic film from stainless steel parts prior to assembly/use. This film is installed at the factory to prevent damage that could occur during shipment and handling.

Tools Required (not provided):

1/4” Hex Nut Driver

Phillips Screwdriver

Optional:

— Battery Powered 1/4” Hex Nut Driver

Left Side Shelf Attachment

1.Place a piece of styrofoam from the packaging in the grill to leave the grill hood propped open slightly (Fig. 6).

2.Position the side shelf hooks with the slots on the side of the grill, near the back (Fig. 7).

3.Position the side shelf flange over the inside top edge of the grill (Fig. 8). Push the side shelf downward to engage the hooks and the flange at the same time, until the top surface is level with the grill (Fig. 9).

4.Secure the front of the shelf by inserting (2) self tapping screws into the front flange underneath the shelf. Use a 1/4” hex nut driver as shown (Fig. 10), or use a power tool whenever there is enough room.

5.Secure the rear of the shelf by inserting (1) self tapping screw in the back of the grill and through the shelf tab. (Fig. 11).
