Grill Assembly — 8450 Series

IMPORTANT: Remove all protective plastic film from stainless steel parts prior to assembly/use. This film is installed at the factory to prevent damage that could occur during shipment and handling.

NOTE: Some of the illustrations in this manual apply to more than one grill model. Features such as the cart, doors, and side tables, are not provided with the 8450 Series grill.

Interior Parts Installation

1.Insert the row of six heat tents with the triangle ridges facing up (Fig. 1). Notice that the heat shields that are welded underneath the heat tents are placed toward the back of the grill (Fig. 2).

2.Install the four cooking grates on the ledges provided on the grill to create your cooking surface (Fig. 3).

3.Place the warming shelf on the support brackets. The ends of the warming rack rest on the support brackets (Fig. 4).

4.Remove the labels from the drip trays. Install the drip trays by sliding them into position as shown (Fig. 5).
