7. Front Trim Panel Assembly
a). Place Front Trim Panel (W) against right side of Charcoal Bin Front Panel. Fit Trim Panel hinge pin into hole onto bottom of Bin Front Panel. Tab at top of Trim Panel goes against back surface of Bin Front Panel. Holding Trim Panel and Bin Front Panel together, slide hole on bottom left side of Bin Front Panel onto hinge pin of Left Front Cart Leg. Align two holes on bottom right of Bin Front Panel with
holes on Cart Bottom Panel (J). Secure Bin Front Panel to Bottom Panel with 2 AA Round Head Screws and 2 BB
Lock Washers. See Fig. 13.
b). Attach Front Trim Panel (W) to Front Panel (O) with 3
AARound Head Screws and 3 BB Lock Washers. Attach Front Panel.
c) Attach Front Panel (O) to Right Front Cart Leg (E) with 3
AARound Head Screws and 3 BB Lock Washers. See Fig.
13.
8. Cart Beam, Front Assembly
a). Use 4 AA Round Head Screws and 4 BB Lock Washers to connect Cart Beam, Front (X) to Cart Leg, Front Left (B) and Cart Leg, Front Right (E). See Fig. 14.
b). Use 5 AA Round Head Screws and 5 BB Lock Washers to connect Cart Beam, Front (X) bottom surface to Front Panel (O) and Front Trim Panel (W). See Fig. 14.
Note: Attach Cart Beam, Front so that fiat side faces to cart exterior.
9. Charcoal Bin Slide Assembly
a). Pull and hold Charcoal Bin Front Panel forward, and insert the two Charcoal Bin Slides (Y) through the holes in the Front Trim Panel (W) and Left Front Cart Leg (B). See Fig. 15.
b). Use 2 KK Stage Screws to connect the loop hole ends of the Slides to the Charcoal Bin Front Panel. See Fig. 15.
