5Press one or more dial pad buttons.

The dial tone stops.

6Touch Speakerphone again or hang up the handset.

The green light next to the shining red light goes off.

If your system does not respond as described, make a note of it, and refer to Section 7, "Troubleshooting the System," in the System Manual after you've completed the installation.
