Right leg, place support bar between legs, and place two rails on outside of leg. Attach with #10-24x1-3/4" machine screws and #10-24 wing nuts. On left leg attach rail as shown.

Turn assembly upside-down. Insert axle bolts into wheels. Facing the back, position tank support bracket between left legs. Insert axle bolt through leg and bracket and secure with hitch pin.
