Step 6

Before cooking always remove grease hole plug. Hang grease can wire holder from brackets and insert empty soup can into holder. Secure can with wire holder latch.

CAUTION! After cooking, allow grill and grease can to cool off completely before removing grease can. Insert grease hole plug before grill transport or storage.

CAUTION! Use gloves or oven mitts to hold grease can when undoing wire holder latch to avoid spilling hot grease.

Place warming rack in holes so that it sits above the cooking grills.
