1.Open the box containing your O2-B™ Portable Oxygen Bar, check the contents and make sure the following components are enclosed:

D.Mouthpiece Covers

E.Mouthpiece Filters

F.Air Intake Filter

G.Owner’s Manual with Warranty Card, Order Form, & Extended Warranty Offer

H.Aromatherapy Bottle

I.Unit Cover

If there are missing items, please contact the dealer where you purchased your O2-B™Portable Oxygen Bar.

2.Completely ﬁll out the Warranty Card and return by mail.

3.It is recommended that you keep an extra Air Intake Filter on hand at all times as a replacement.
