REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

qReplacing the Tires/Tubes

Tools Required: 5 mm Allen Wrench

Nuts Bearings

Wheel Hub

Fastener Bolts

1 Completely deflate the tire. Use	2 Assemble the hub using the	Inner Tube
a 5 mm Allen wrench to remove the	diagram at right. Tighten bolts	Tire	Bearings
four bolts on the hub. Remove the	using 5 mm Allen wrench.	Tire	Bearings
worn/damaged tire or inner tube	Re-inflate. (Do not exceed 60 PSI.)
and replace it with a new one.
Note: Be careful not to lose the
four nuts on the opposite side of
the hub.

qReplacing the Wheels

Tools Required: 5 mm Allen Wrench

1 Front wheel sequence.	2 Securely tighten the bolt	3 Rear wheel sequence.	4 Securely tighten the bolt
	as shown.		as shown.
