Seat Installation

WARNING! Do not pick up the seat frame by the armrests. They are free to pivot, and you may lose control of the seat if they do so, resulting in personal injury or damage to the chair.

To install the seat:

1.Position the seat on the seat post. See figure 10.

2.Push the seat down until the latch engages. See figure 11.

3.Plug the controller and charger inhibit connector into the electronics tray. See figure 6.

Controller Installation

Your power chair may have been shipped without the con- troller installed in the armrest.

To install the controller:

1.Flip up the armrest and loosen the setscrew. See figure 14.

2.Slide the controller mounting bracket into the armrest to the desired position.

3.Tighten the setscrew to secure the controller.

WARNING! Do not place the controller cable so that it can be pinched in the seat frame or the power base frame.
