LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

For the lifetime of your Jazzy 1100, from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

νStructural frame components

TWO-YEAR WARRANTY

For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representa- tive of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

νElectronics

EIGHTEEN-MONTH WARRANTY

For eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representa- tive of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

νMotor/gearbox assembly

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

νMotor: If damage occurs to the commutator of a motor as a result of not replacing the motor brushes after heavy wear to brushes. Motor brushes are wear items and are not warranted.

νBrake: One-year warranty for electrical function of the brake. Brake pads are a wear item and are not warranted.

SIX-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

For six (6) months from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representa- tive of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

νPlastic components, except body

νRubber components (except tires and tubes)

νBearings and bushings

νCasters and anti-tip wheels

Battery warranty is covered by the battery manufacturer. Battery warranty is not covered by Pride.

Warranty service can be performed by an authorized provider or by Pride. Do not return faulty parts to Pride without prior consent. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
