IMPORTANT: Only use a CR1225 3-volt lithium battery. Use of another type of battery may present a risk of ﬁre. The battery may explode if it is handled improperly. Do not recharge, disassemble, heat the battery above 212˚F (100˚C), or incinerate. Dispose of all used batteries in the appropriate way.

INSTRUCTIONS

For First Time Use

Please follow these instructions to insure the most accurate reading possible.

Remove and discard the protective cover on the front of the thermometer.

How to use:

1.The thermometer default measurement scale is Fahrenheit (F). To change the scale to Celsius (C), press the power button and hold until the current scale setting appears. Release and press the power button again to change the measurement scale. After 3 seconds

the thermometer will enter the “ready for measuring” mode automatically.
